| Shocking Tiscali Attitude -Bad customer service and poor company policy - Shame on Tiscali
I have recently left Tiscali because of there pricing (its too high!) Through using this site I found the best deal for me, Talk Talk are in my exchange and because of this I could save a a small fortune. I have had the same email address with tiscali for years. When I was switching they told me I could keep my tiscali email address so long as I switched to a dial up account. Which I requested only to find that this is not the case (after over 12 hours of phone calls over a week) They passed me from department to department, no one could give me a straight answer, no one would let me talk to management.
Now perhaps its because I was not paying them a subscription any more, but I found almost every adviser rude and obnoxious, they would not listen to a sentence I had to say before butting in with some form of script read nonsense.
I am now a happy talk talk customer and will post back here any dealings I have with talk talk good or bad, but I had to put this down somewhere to warn people of the dangers of Tiscali and to see If I were the only one.  |
